Clementin from corsica is a unique fruit, not only because of its naturally sweet and subtle flavours, but also because it is the only clementine variety from France, even submitted to PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certification since 2007.

Clementines used in our frozen juice 100% come from PGI orchards, located mainly on the Eastern part of the island, between mountain and sea, that give its unique flavour to the fruit. Fruit are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavour.

As the rest of our frozen purée range, this new frozen clementin juice is without added sugars, to preserve all the authentic and fresh tastes of the fruit, and to reveal the subtle aromas of this premium strawberry variety.

The clementins selected for our frozen 100% juice are picked at optimal ripeness, the moment when they are the sweetest and the most colourful, to concentrate all the flavours to obtain a powerful purée with strong aromas.

The juice is processed in our own facilities in France (Saint-Laurent d'Agny). It is de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special,ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
